Lost in Transition
As seasons change, it’s always hard to dress appropriately. This is because the weather never seem to know what to do with itself. One minute it can be sunny then it can be pouring. It can be cold during the morning then warm during the afternoon. It is Vancouver after all. This city is known for strange weather patterns. Remember that one year it snowed during March or April?
This is why it’s always good to invest in pieces that will last throughout the seasons, like this Rag & Bone bomber jacket. I originally purchased it during the fall sale season. And yes, I was under the influence of the trend of olive bomber jackets. Not one bit do I regret this purchase. This jacket transitioned well into spring and I can wear with almost anything in my wardrobe. During colder days, I can layer it with chunky knits. As it gets warmer, just a cool t-shirt will do the trick. Also, the quilting and the color make it a standout piece.
What are the pieces that you’re wearing as we move into spring?
What I wore: jacket by Rag & Bone; shirt by J.Crew; jeans by Scotch & Soda; boots by Aldo; eyeglasses by 3.1 Phillip Lim
